Illumination

Each presenter, exhibitor/learning station personnel and guest/attendee, now referred to a registrant, acknowledge that, while attending the Illumination Hawaii Summit on Energy and Climate (Illumination Hawaii), they may be photographed, videotaped and/or the registrant’s voice may be recorded by a Illumination Hawaii approved photographer, videographer or other similar personnel. In registering and attending this event, the registrant grants Illumination Hawaii permission to use, in perpetuity and without obtaining the registrant’s prior approval, review or inspection, the registrant’s image or likeness in such photograph(s) and video recording(s), as well as the sound of the registrant’s voice as may be recorded during the event, in any and all of its publications and all other media controlled by Illumination Hawaii, for use by Illumination Hawaii to describe the event or activities of Illumination Hawaii, or for further Illumination Hawaii presentations. Registrants agree to make no monetary or other claim against Illumination Hawaii for use of the photograph(s) and video and audio recording(s).
